Surfrat, Carburetor jets have metal needle valves. They don't swell. Perhaps there are O-rings that swelled, but the needles didn't. Ask your mechanic to explain. My nearest Yamaha service (needed > new fuel pump @ ~60 hrs and this year the needles in the carb swelled > due to the ethanol @ ~116 hrs) | ||||
