The numbers you are trying to hit in terms of RPM and top speed at WOT are possible with the standard black stainless prop under certain circumstances. How many people are on the boat? Is the tank full of 173 gallons of fuel? What are the sea conditions? Do you have a bimini open? Where is the engine trimmed to? Are your trim tabs down? As you can see there can be several things that affect performance. Must be glad as me to have single engine with fuel prices the way they are though!
