Hi Ranger Tim,

Just to share:

1) I too have had pink fluid coming from helm pump ever since new
(2004 21'dvsc). What's up with that?
2) My starboard actuator also failed this summer and Lenco had sent
me a new one (I have not installed yet, need to take the boat out of
the water). They said there were many problems with the actuators
and I received a new one in less than a week.
3) I have factory Ongaro horns which failed to work this spring. I
had to take them apart and observed some rust around the center of
the diaphragm. I sprayed silicon on the diaphragm and inside the
horn and I adjusted the screw adjustment. so far so good on the
horn.
4) After removing the splashboard this season, I do get water in the
boat from other boat's wakes. Really need to keep an eye out.
Fortunately, the drains fairly fast except when washing the boat. I
always have water pooled up in the rear corners, even with a full
tank. This was one of the reasons I tried removing the splashboard.
It only helped that I can squeegee the water through the scuppers.
