Our boat is a 2002 2520 MVSC. The windlas is a 2003 Powerwinch
model 31 series. I don't have any pix of the install - boat is
about 60 miles away from my residence. If I get down there in a few
weeks I'll take snap a few pictures. I believe the pulpit is the
same size on all Parkers but what is different with your XL model is
the addition of an anchor locker on the fore deck. Mine does not
have that so we were able to mount our winch on a 3 inch platform (4
pieces of 3/4 inch starboard glued together) in back of and flush
against the pulpit (pulpit is 3 inches in height off the deck). We
then drilled through the starboard and the deck and used stainless
steel threaded rod to hold everything together. Your anchor locker
may prevent you from doing the same type of install that we did.
