This is my 2011 Parker 1801. It is in fantastic condition. It has 850 hours on the 115 Yamaha 4 stroke, but most of these hours are at trolling rpms. Has been serviced since new at Garrett's Marina in Virginia (the original Parker dealer). I am located just outside of Richmond, VA. Comes with a Lowrance fish finder as shown in the pictures. Also a brand new marine radio. Like new Bimini top included. I religiously clean the boat and it is stored under a cover in a completely enclosed pole barn. I am looking for around $19,000.00 but am open to discuss it.
