Testing the waters as I have my eye on a slightly larger boat.
1996 Parker 23 DVCC.
*New T-top built by Seeker Towers in Bradenton FL. Same fabricator used by Calcutta Yachts and Beavertail skiffs. Very high quality top. *
*New leaning post built by Seeker with Fabric work performed by same company who makes OceanTamer
*Forward seating with new 3-piece cushions
*Custom built 250 quart ice box/fish box
*Custom built anchor pulpit with 14lb Delta plow anchor, 25ft BBB chain and 600ft rode
*Factory original closed transom with Armstrong SS bracket
*Forward storage (under-deck) is massive (approx. 60" long by 20" deep by 24" wide). Covered by a P&E aluminum deck hatch. This is a dry storage. Hatch does
not leak
*aft bilge is accessed through a 24" oval Bomar aluminum hatch.
*Factory 30-gallon livewell under leaning post
*155 gallon fuel tank. Original to boat. No leaks and foam is dry.
2008 Yamaha F250 with 460 hours
*Motor runs perfect. Starts easily. Strong mid-range performance. WOT is 5900rpm and 46.x mph. Cruise at 4000 rpm and 30mph.
*Fuel economy is 3.0 to 3.1mpg in the river loaded light to moderate. 2.6mpg overall when fishing 30-120 miles offshore
*Permatrim hydrofoil is installed. Makes a huge difference in performance

I'm the second owner. Previous owner lived in Chesapeake VA and kept the boat is a High-n-Dry. Boat had very little use prior to my purchase. I've put 200 hours on her this year and continue to run her regularly. She has been used as a family sandbar runner and fishing 30-120 miles offshore on a regular basis.
I love the boat but looking to move into a 30+ ft CC for the family
Price: $40k
