I just installed the Yamaha interface cable, Wondering how I can see my fuel usage per trip?

I was wondering if it was possible to figure out how much fuel I am burning per trip using the interface cable?

I hooked up the Yamaha interface cable to the Nema 2000 system, I show what I am burning when I am running but is there anywhere where I could set up and see how much fuel I burned per trip? Another question, I don’t see my trim on the instrument pannel gauges? Am I missing something in order to...
