    Notched hull bottom.

    I have a 2012, 21SE with a notched rear hull bottom. Can someone tell me what the advantages/disadvantages are of this type of hull. Is there something I should do when running at low or high speed because of the notch? Thanks.

    Airmar P66 transducer

    Has anyone installed an Airmar P66 transducer on a 21SE with the stepped transom? There dosen't seem to be enough height on the step even close to the drain plug. The step is located 10" ahead of the transom. The transducer sticks down about 1/4" below the hull. I'm also worried about prop...

    VHF cable routing.

    Just got my new 21 SE with a factory T top. Is it O.K. to run the VHF cable through the T top tubing? After spending lots of hours looking on Classic Parker I feel like you guys are family. Thanks.

    Starboard

    Has anyone ever tried Azek or Versatex PVC material instead of Starboard. I can get this material at the lumber yard without having to order it. Don't know how well it will hold up for marine use. Thanks.
