    Anyone know where they were sourced? Looking like a replacement for the plastic as mine is pretty sun damaged/brittle. Considered going teak, but that would be the only teak on the boat and would require maintenance over time.

    Good info! We can currently get about 35 knots (41 mph) out of the 175, but you can practically hear the gas level dropping when you open it up. Its rated for a max of 225, I will look at the 6 cyl 225

    Does the Permatrim make that big a difference? I have been interested in those. Does it only help the "ride" or do you actually see better fuel economy as well?

    Is anyone running a 200HP Suzuki on their 23SE and if so how do you like it? thinking of a repower for our 2001. Currently running a 175HPDI Yamaha and would like to burn less fuel and not deal with two-stroke oil at $50/gallon.

    Wouldn't you want zero-degree rod holders rather than the original thirty-degree? Are you not running bent butt rods?
