    fuel consumption on a 2501

    I have a 2004 2501 with a 300 hp Yamaha 2 stroke and seem to be using a lot of fuel about 1 mile to the gallon, I bought the boat 1 year ago. I am wanting to know if this is normal and what is the recomended prop for this engine on this boat...
