Hey Russ, welcome to Classic Parker!... I know the 2520 is rated for 500 HP (it would accommodate your twin 250's) but I believe the 2320 is rated at 300? 350? There are some here on CP that say putting more than the rated HP is not an issue. I think the twin 250's on a 2320 is a stretch. And...

Vinegar is what was used in the 'good old days', and it's still a good idea! You are correct that tackling the moisture source is the best solution, but that requires first controlling the source of the moisture, then using mechanical dehumidifiers other than using desiccants like Damp-Rid. You...

Or they at least could have installed two line-chocks with the single-cleat set up. But your double-cleat set-up is preferred!

    Hello old New User

There are marina's in the eastern NC Pungo and Pamlico Rivers area (North Creek, Pungo Creek), that are in the $200/month range, and that price is negotiable. (A year ago a marina up the Pamlico River in Broad Creek advertised $125/month and included power and water; I haven't check recently)...

    2021 2520 Storage

On our 2520 we store 10 dock lines in the bottom of the outside/cockpit steering station cabinet. The floor of such is lined/raised with Dry-Dek to help to keep them dry.

    TRAILER QUESTION - 2520

It looks like our 2520 is positioned forward of where yours is. Plus, we have a single 300; less weight aft than your twins. Maybe you would benefit if you move yours a bit more forward. We seldom trailer the boat, and only for short distance but have no sway issues.

I got my first ever tow, and now the eye located on the bow is damaged! Proper repair advice, please.

I am dumb-founded that Tow Boat/US would tow a boat at speed/on plane. That breaks every rule in the book. There are very few (any?) boats with bow-eyes built to withstand towing at speed..... With that said, I'd take this opportunity to fiberglass/epoxy- reinforce the area around the bow-eye...

Here's more of the story. The people who boarded his boat, then rescued him used the 'bread crumbs' track on the Parker's GPS to go back and find the fisherman. https://www.newsobserver.com/news/state/north-carolina/article252593263.html

I have never run on plane from the cockpit station; never will. Also, I have a double-long tether for the cut off switch at the cockpit station; it reaches anywhere in the cockpit, and even to the far end of the Armstrong bracket, although I would never venture onto the bracket/platform when...
