    Live well Bait tank

I use a 40 gallon Moeller plastic tank I place on non-skid and run off the washdown fitting on a Y with 2 ball valves. I have it overflowing to the floor. Stinks having a hose to work over, but when I don't need it, it comes out saving deck space. I added two sets of 3 vertical rod holders...

Squealing noise after installing a four blade prop

Great boat. Any chance your centerline drain is clogged and you're carrying extra water weight? Based on bottom paint, it looks like your waterline heads down slightly, back to front. See if water flows freely from anchor locker to the bilge.

Squealing noise after installing a four blade prop

Man, give us more. Has it ever reached WOT (6000rpm)? Bottom paint, extra accessories etc? This was in a discussion on THT about a 115 vs 150.

Squealing noise after installing a four blade prop

When you see hoofprints, look for a horse before you look for a zebra. Most likely cause is the thing you just changed. Pull new prop, put original prop back on, and look for new shiny wear marks on new prop and LU while disassembled. Also just glance at the thrust washer, splines etc, make...

    Caulking base of center console

I chased the same problem with a Sea Pro I had. I am in the process of (sort of) sealing my 2320 cabin. The water vapor from the bilge is a big contributor since the vapor fills every void and the water evaporates upwards obviously. Anyway, without cleaning the mold off anything (so it...

    Underwater lights, anyone have these?

My 2019 underwater lights are kaput. Any bronze replacement is INSANELY expensive and get mediocre reviews. Every experience of my life with Hella has been solid, but was wondering if anyone has these? Still not cheap, but have a 5 year warranty. The center of the body is either charcoal or...

Best addition to a 2320 has been, auto trim tabs

Oh wow. Your tabs were slammed causing a ton of drag I guess? Anyway, it sounds like a GREAT system.

Best addition to a 2320 has been, auto trim tabs

I thought you may have been exaggerating a bit, but a tower with autotabs truly would be effective! As far as doubling your fuel economy, you are seeing 4-6 mpg....? Light as possible, trimmed to perfection on slightly choppy water I barely see 3.0 mpg.

Sorry Op. Back to auto tabs.

Best addition to a 2320 has been, auto trim tabs

Permatrims make the boat more responsive to engine trim. Kind of like adding a third, more effective trim tab. I have a 2320, 17" Rev 4, Permatrim and 18" trim tabs. I also raised my motor. If I were to do it again, I would do 18" tab blade swap first, followed by prop and engine raise, with...

Plastic pipe flange, any ideas? 2320 rod holders

∆∆∆∆ excellent info. I have found a great solution, and should have though of it earlier. Zero degree plastic rod holders. Now there is a smaller volume to dry at least.

Plastic pipe flange, any ideas? 2320 rod holders

I have mine plugged also, and I have an overboard anchor locker drain. The rod holder holes are the last free air travel space I have. I am considering a tub of moisture remover after I finish sealing the cabin. But I haven't done that search yet.

Plastic pipe flange, any ideas? 2320 rod holders

The great stuff large gap filler worked well in filling the gap above the rod holder penetration into the cabin. I had enough mildew on everything, that it stuck and sort of physically locked in, but didn't stick aggressively. Perfect for an uneven vapor barrier. There are still two wild...

Plastic pipe flange, any ideas? 2320 rod holders

I am trying to seal the rubber flanges that allow rod tips into the pilothouse. In other words, I would like to remove the flanges, install a flanged, closed ended (inside-the-pilothouse end) plastic tube and reinstall the rubber flanges. The hole opening in the starboard type bulkhead is 2,"...
