    Ok.....so I dropped the lower unit and sent a pic to boat yard. 700 hours and I found this....... well couldn`t post the pic however all was well. I will look into my water pump a little further maybe I have a pinched o ring or something overlooked.

    Yep.....2005, Yamaha, 250, 4 stroke with only about 700 hrs. Replaced impeller complete, anodes and thermostats. It`s seems to be running cool but spikes up enough to set the alarm off.............. any help, any idea would be appreciated...........Thanks.

    I have a 2005, 2320 with the Lenco actuators. I replaced both in 2018. I cut the duetch connectors off the new and just spliced it in with good water tight connectors.
