i was thinking about that too. costco had the diamond pattern thick plastic/rubber flooring. it was $150 for the roll, but could have made 3-4 of these. not sure how long this will last but its cheap enough to easily replace or try something else. i'm in cali so we have dry heat, no humidity.

Great tip! Mainly planning on using the lights for lobster hooping on the west coast to spot the buoys. running sometimes with full lights at night are more distracting then useful.

its hard to tell from the picture, but the corners are rounded a little. I didnt want to get too aggressive but needed to be rounded enough not to cut up a foot.

Added a led light bar. Needed to make some custom brackets to clear my radar mount. $60 for more lights. Good for west coasting hoop netting.

I saw another Parker that put the roller I linked above on the shank. It raises the shank up 5 inches and allows it to self launch.

Here is a picture. The issue is the angle fro windlass to the bottom of the claw. I saw another Parker add the bow roller I linked where the shaft is to raise that portion.

I added a Lewmar 700 windlass. My Anchor is a 16lb Claw type. When The anchor is tight against the bow pulpit, the shaft of the anchor is rubbing on the bow pulput gelcoat section. What can I do to get the anchor straight when taught? Should I add an additional roller like this one...

i thought of that too, but i had to move the bottom whole assembly and where it sits on the trailer, its a bit weird. For now its ok and does what it needs. lol thanks for all the help!

I bought the trailer new but it was setup for a Grady. They said they would set it for he Parker but when I got it, it didn't look right. Now need to adjust it.

Here is a picture of current winch. The strap goes over the roller but I don't think it should. How would you adjust it? How does yours look? Should I slide the arm down a little and run strap below roller?

i was able to reuse the bolt and locknut from the original screws that held the tackle center under the seat next to the microwave lol.

i think the duct you are referring to is what comes on the newer boats? at least when i bought the parker it came with it. all the cables that run up the roof like horn, radar, lights go up those ducts. the speaker is held on with bolt and locknut so it should hold pretty well.

I started another thread about the speaker options. I found one that is perfect and sounds 100x better than the stock tweeter. But its' not high end audio. About 4 inches wide, not too heavy.
