    Its been a bunch of years, I'm sorry I don't recall. I did block it with teak behind the mounting brackets. The seat unclips for storage. Its an excellent mod.

    Stopped by forum to list my 1996 2320 for sale. Great boat!! Wish everyone here as much success with their boats as I've had with mine.
