I meant to suggest that you started researching regulations for Maryland (oops).

New member operating out of Southern Maryland

I live in Southwestern Michigan, but bought our 2520 in South Carolina, trailered her home then on up into Canada, where she stays. In preparation for the trip, I got online and started researching the Secretary of State or Department of Motor Vehicles for the states I was going to pass through...

    Help! Serious structural problem?

I have to remark that, especially from the view of the greatest enlargement, it looks like we are seeing some really thick gelcoat alright, and gelcoat is really brittle; try driving a screw in a drilled hole when you haven't enlarged the portion of the hole as it passes through the gelcoat, by...

    OCT Wind Storm 2006

That is sad and tragic, no doubt - incredible photos. I think it was a corner of the same system that was blowing 10-14 footers in Lake Michigan, and developed a seiche in Lake Erie that lowered the west end by 4 feet while raising the east end by 4 feet.

Let's see your Parker on a trailer

Let's see your Parker on a trailer

Here's a shot of our 2520 MVSC on the trailer behind my Yukon in the spring of 2001, just after sea-trialling and purchasing her from the Beaufort Boat House in Beaufort, SC. We're heading to Battle Creek, MI (1000 mi., +/- as I recall), thence to Little Current, Ontario, another 500 plus...

    Hello from the Cereal City

OK, here's my first try at uploading a photo of Neptune III, as a test. I'm finding I wish I had a better collection of photos from which to choose; these aren't going to be up to the standards I've seen around here, I don't think, and Neptune III is currently 500 plus miles away and put away...

    Hello from the Cereal City

Thank you all for so warm a welcome - what an extraordinarily friendly bunch of guys (and gals?) I meant to add in my initial post that I will try to get some photos up soon, and I will. I have some from the Canadian waters Neptune III inhabits in the summer time, and a few on the trailer, in...

    Hello from the Cereal City

I'm just now joining the Classic Parker forum, though I've had a Parker since June, 2001 and through ParkerSal, have been aware of this site for a number of months. I live in Battle Creek, MI, but Our Parker is kept in Ontario, Canada, in the North Channel of Lake Huron, between Little Current...
