I solved this jam buy taking all the rode off the boat and soaking it overnight in a mixture of bleach and fabric softener. I then manually put it back in the locker. I believe the softer rode and minimal twist does the job, I do it every winter now and have not had the jamming problem since.
As is in my 2120 pilot house was no good too close to the wheel, very little room to squeeze my butt in there. Was not able to find a sliding base to fit, got frustrated and replaced the seat I had with a Springfield flip up bolster.
if your looking for it on a center console I think you...
I re powered my 08 2120 with the 200 Suzuki last July, prop is 3x16x18.5, tops out at 5800 rpm at 35 kts, mounted second from the top, holes shot not much different then the old f150 but once up she wants to run and pushes the bow down (150 never came close to that always was bow high)
Re-powering my boat, but still have the prop's anyone in the Long Island NY area interested take them both for $200.00,
the stock 16m prop and the 2 season's old 14 1/2 X 15 RELIANCE 68F-45970-00-00
My 2008 2120 with same year f150 topped out at 5400 loaded with fuel and gear, yes I still have them the other one was lucky to hit 5000, but I do run the boat heavier then most so 1/2 tank of fuel and less load I am sure you could get it 5600 if not more

It’s official the original f150 that was on my 2120 is toast. I have looked at the Suzuki, G2 and yamaha 200’s.
Has anyone done a Honda or does the weight difference rule it out?

Well took 10 seasons but finially replaced my stock 14.5 x 16 prop with a 14 1/2 X 15 RELIANCE 68F-45970-00-00. Night and day, better hole shot, more rpm and mph. Don't wait do it sooner then later.
does it really smell or just stained? Chances are some mold/mildew in there, spray it with a 50/50 bleach water solution and let it sit, will go away, then need to keep cabin ventalated to prevent it from happening again.
I have the Garmin 18hd on my 2120 mounted on a 4" lift with a wedge( I think 4degrees) for last 3 years. Radar works very good, only issue I have is interference with my vhf. I have mounted and moved all the wirin so far with the exception of the vhf antenna, that is a job for this spring...
