I have a 2003 2520 - bought a Garmin 740s recently and noticed there is a screen for engine data though I have not connected anything to the engine. I have a Yam 250 HPDI - any clues on how to connect the 740 to the engine? This may be a project for the dealer. Thanks.

I bought a 2003 2520 about a month ago with a Yam 250HP HPDI. Great boat. I have trim tabs and have played with them a bit but I don't see a need for them. I assume that you would use more fuel with them down. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance.
