If you space your inside bunk to inside bunk at 44" you'll be dead nutz for easy loading. That is where I set my 2320 bunks on the trailer and the boathouse lift. It's ideal spacing.

I've owned them both: the Albury 23 and the Jones Brothers 26 Cape Fisherman. If you can afford the 27 Albury, there isn't a boat that compares to it in it's class. I wouldn't think twice about a 27 Albury....but again, I can't get away from my pilothouse boats.....

That is a very subjective question: The 2501 DV is a beast of a hull. I fished off one in the gulf of mexico with twin 225 Optimax motors. She was wide, solid, and stable. Does it ride like a 31 Contender? No. But, that's apples to oranges and not a fair comparison. A better comparison...
