Boat For Sale 2012 21SE in Annapolis, MD - $47,000

I've decided it's time to sell my 2012 Parker 21 SE and move into something a little bigger- and the next project. In 2019 I purchased the boat from the original owner who took excellent care of her, then over the next few winters completed a rather extensive list of updates and improvements...

Do I need a buyers broker to buy a PH?

It depends if you like and trust the seller's broker. They are working for the seller, and you need to make sure they have your best interest at heart, too. Typically the seller pays the broker 10% commission, and it's split 50-50 between the buyer's and seller's brokers, so the seller is...

    Screws Falling Out of Console

Can you get to the back side? If so I would through bolt with machine screws. Heads should match the others. Otherwise fill with thickened epoxy and re-drill.

21SE Route from Console up the fuel fill channel for #6 Duplex Cable

O a 2012 21SE I ran two 16/2 round twisted pair cables from the console to the fuel fill for speaker wires. Removed the black tophat rigging grommet in the console and used a fish tape to reach the deck plate forward over the fuel tank fill connection. Lots of open space under the deck, no...

    Scupper question

My 21SE had a similar fitting for the livewell drain which was below the waterline. I removed and installed a seacock in its place as I want the ability to close it. I know this doesn't answer your question but something to think about.

Few things: New owner - Handles on stern seats? Rod holder backrest? Fiberglass L shaped mounts under bow gunnel?

Those brackets appear stock- that's how they built the boat. You could lay up new ones or have a local glass guy make a couple for you. McMaster Carr has some fiberglass angle that might work. https://www.mcmaster.com/8542K36/

HELP!! Trying to find push start/stop for side helm station

Try this. Many of those push buttons were made by Cole Hersee (now owned by Littlefuse) or knockoffs. https://www.littelfuse.com/products/switches/momentary-switches/rubber-caps-for-push_button-switches.aspx

    1991 25 DV Refresh

I found a plastic battery box that the oil tank fit in, then cut it down as needed to make my own "bracket".

    2004 Yanaha 200 HPDI

Clean/change the VST filter in the tank. Get a new o-ring gasket as the old one is hard to get back in. Also clean the oxygen sensor and dogbone. It helps with the idle. How are your fuel lines? Make sure they're not deteriorating or collapsing.

Question re: 21se fuel tank replacement

Yes, bolting is great provided it is properly done. Tank needs to be set to air can circulate around it, usually via plastic or hard rubber strips glued to the bottom so moisture can't get between tank and strips.
