    1999 23 WA Difference vs today's Parker?

    Hi- new to the forum, would like to gain some insight on an older hull. I have been looking to buy a Parker forever, and have found a 1999 23 WA, with new 4S power (225 Yam w/150 hrs) that is in my budget range. Wondering what the differences are between the hulls in '99, vs the newer ones...
