02 f115 yamaha 4 stroke

So i am thinking of a repower this winter i have a 2002 yamaha 4 stroke i would like to see if anyone might be interested in. It has been maintained well just had a 700$ service performed by accurate marine in bohemia. I also replaced the water pump thermostats and injectors this year. The previousowner replaced the fuel pumps and the trim trim tilt assembly. Motor has under 1000 hours on it. I am trying to guage a price and intrest Let me know . Also after i replaced the injectors i had the originals flow tested andso cleaned so they will go with it.

Might be interested in the 115. Why are you choosing to repower? I have an 18 with a 2S 150 and I was thinking of going to a 115 4S??? Thanks for the input.

The motor runs very nice. I am thinking about going to something a little bit larger like the 140 as the engine is currently on a 20 foot maritime skiff. It pushes the boat very well but a little bit more power would be nice. Plus the lady brought it up so figured id see. Only thing i am still looking to do is get the cover painted and put the new decals on because the old decals are pealing. Allready have the decals but i will do that when it comes out of the water. If you are local i will take you for a ride if you like.

Very interested, I have a 1994 2 stroke in need of replacement. Would any controls come with the package?

Hi again figured I would bump this up to the top as I just got my new engine installed this week. Motor is off the boat and at the marina. It is a 20 inch shaft if anyone is interested

Does the motor come with controls and gauges? How much are you looking to get? I'm local. Thanks

It does come with all the gauges but it was sold yesterday pending pickup and payment. I will update if something changes.

I may be wrong...but I think a 115 is the max for a 20ft Maritime Skiff

You are correct the older models like mine are 115 the new ones can handle a 150... I went with the 115 again
