:?: Well, I may have a chance on an 1801 , 2003 model. Any pros / cons that current or previous owners have ? I wanted a larger craft for the 2' of chop we have here, but this may be a good deal. Anyone run a jackplate?

thanks from a newbie...

The 1801 is an excellent boat, but it will be difficult for others to advise you because we don't know where 'here' is.
Go up top to the User Control Panel and enter your location into the 'location' field.
That way folks near you can relate their own experiences to you.

Good luck in your search!

Great boat, I love mine... it fishes two people very comfortably if you are casting, a 3rd caster is possible but you have to watch what you are doing to avoid hooking anyone. If you are bottom fishing 4 people no problem. Handles good, very stable, I felt safe in it with 3ft rollers coming through an inlet. Fishes equally good on the flats or in deep water....
