Just finishing up a light restoration project and have just the below deck baitwell to address, problem is there is nothing below the aft deck hatch but there is wiring for two pumps. I do have two switches that provide power to the wiring, there are also no hull or transom penetrations for thru hull pump's or fittings. Did Parker build this boat with a transom mount pump and did the baitwell have a pump in pump out design? Any help would be appreciated.

I am unclear on what you are asking, but I did install a 30 gallon Offshore Products circulating bait tank in my 1801. We did the following:

Drilled a through hull and fitted a bronze ball valve topped by a two way - one of a raw water pump, the other for a bait tank pump.

Installed a 850 GPH Rule bait pump. Wired the bait tank to one of the open positions on the factory switch panel.

Plumbed the bait pump under the deck to the location of the bait tank using 3/4" tubing. This uses a through deck water tight fitting.

Plumbed the tank overflow outlet under the deck to the transom sump using 1-1/4" tubing. This also uses a through deck water tight fitting.

Fitted a 3/4" Starboard ring the the deck to fit the inside bottom of the bait tank. Fastened with 12 stainless screws and sealed with 5200.

Mounted the bait tank after completing the hose hook-ups beneath the tank.

This tank / pump combination completely replaces the tank water every 8 minutes and keeps bait alive for a long time.

When you look down through my deck hatch into the bilge there is wiring that leads back to my switch panel labeled recirculate and livewell but there are no pumps or livewell. There are also no penetrations in the hull or transom, my question is doe's anyone know how this system was originally set up? Right now i am going to install a bait tank down through the bilge hatch and install a transom mounted pump to fill and set a bilge pump inside the bait tank behind a plexiglass petition with a float switch to pump out, still would like to know how it was originally. Thank you in advance.

It is a standard wiring harness for all Parker boats. It is cheaper to only have one harness and use it for all applications. The 1993 21' did not come with a bait tank or washdown pump. These are often added aftermarket.
