Boat For Sale 1996 18' CC w/ 115 Yamaha

Have a 1996 18 CC with original Yamaha 115, all original papers, third owner, known since new, located on Long Island. Thinking of letting it go but don't really know the real world pricing. The Boat/Hull itself is in real nice shape I would say, always dealer maintained. Few upgrades (SIM and some electrical panel/battery circuit updates). Needs cushions and have Bimini tops for it. The 115 Yamaha 2 stroke runs well, unsure about the hours, but compression was tested about a year ago and it was good. I am having the whole fuel system updated this spring. I have a trailer for it, not great condition but serviceable. Currently winterized in yard. Any help/guidance appreciated

Hard to say without knowing the condition of the boats core structure and fuel tank condition.
Just from your description and without pictures it could go anywhere from $8k-11k.
