1999 Parker engine compartment insulation

My 99 has an IO setup. The insulation in the engine compartment is coming loose from the engine cover. Its attached with these pins which look like they are attached with body filler. They are similar to ones used in HVAC to attach insulation to air ducts. Does anyone know what they are called and where I can get them. Thanks in advance.
