Sounds a little high to me even with the newer OB. Do some searches for that boat on the Boat trader and other similar engines. As a point of reference, I had a Parker dealer tell me last fall that my 2001 21SE with a 150 stroke (same year) was worth about 18K when offered for private sale. I think that was a pretty fair number given what I have seen other 21SEs posted for in the last 2 months.
