I am a yacht broker and purchased this as my personal boat to get my youngest daughter's feet wet. We used it for 6 months and I have bought a 23 Parker now. I know it is –hands down, the nicest in the country. Refit was a Summer hobby and ended up costing close to $16,000 in upgrades alone OVER the cost of the boat. I love this little beauty, but I already have 2 boats and one more on the way.
