Hello all, new to the forum here.

I just about do purchase a 2005 1801 in great condition and pretty well equipped. Sitex color GPS plotter, furuno FF, ICON radio. scotty electric downriggers 800 hrs on the yama 115 4S. Double axel trailer. Buying from the original owner.

The boat is in California, so am I. I'm curious what is a fair to good price for that set up?

Also, is 800 hours alot for that motor?

Thanks

Pricing on any boat varies considerably by region.
Comparing east coast or gulf coast prices to west coast prices is just not reasonable.
You can probably find a better deal on an east or gulf coast boat, but then you need to factor in transporting it to CA.
By the time you do that, you are probably looking at the same price for a 'local' boat.

Best thing I could suggest is that you check boat pricing on the west coast for comps.
800 hours on a well maintained motor is fine. Remember to ask for maintenance records.

Good luck!

Thanks, I've found some smokin deals in TX but the transport would eat me up.... For California I think the price is good not great but i still have to drive 400 miles for it, damn!

Thanks a million for your input!
