Ok, I have listened to everyones comments and do appreciate them, this is a great deal on a great boat, I will leave it for a couple weeks at this price and if it does not sell I will bring it home and get ready to fish. The dealer has several people that have looked at it so it may not be here long.

My boat is for sale through my original dealer in Warsaw Va it is a very clean dealer maintained boat, no bottom paint. You can view all details at www.boattrader.com/listing/2006-PARKER- ... C-91817665.

Yea i think that boat was on here that was forsale in the $40,000 that was a steal of a boat someone got!!! You boat is nice but maybe a little High!!!Hey what electronics do you have on that boat!!!

Hey thanks for the replies, I know when I saw the other one the only thing I thought was I wish I was buying and not selling. That is why we have lowered the price and are asking for offers. Also, there were differences in the boats, hours, windlass, outriggers, downrigger, rod holders, bimini top. My boat is paid for and ready to go, I am trying to move up to a 2530 but I am not in a situation where I have to sell. If anyone is interested make an offer, you can contact me or Warren at Mid Atlantic.

Again thanks for the response, I do appreciate it.

Rare Breed ,
I think that there are so many Parkers for sale, and there are many more 25's out there for sale that are very close in price to your 23 .... For the most part , I'm seeing really low prices and they will only continue to get lower ...A lot of toys are going up for sale in this recession ... I'm seeing

2120's .......$25k to $35k depending on year

2320's .......$35K to $45K depending on year

2520's ........a LOT of older ones for sale ... $25k to $55k ...again depending on year ....

While extra's ( windless, electronics, trim tabs, etc ) will surely help a deal , and will tend to sway a buyer more toward your boat than another , the actual buying price still stays basically the same in todays market give or take a thousand or so dollars ... It's a buyers market , and you have a lot of competition considering supply and demand ... You might look at my price list and say that I'm crazy ..... I can tell you that there are plenty of listed prices that folks would like to get , but my list is what the boats actually sold for ....Good Luck selling your boat ...It's a beauty !!....Jim

Synthnut,
I agree with your estimates

I looked at the 23's hard a bit ago and your price estimate is right on. My wife decided she wants a bigger boat. I'm still trying to talk her into a 23. I've had several opportunities to get 2006 23's with second station and trailer with more options from 40 to 47.

Sorry Rare Breed, Not trying to hurt your sale, but just my observation. Take it for what its worth.

I am on the market for 2320, but i am not comfortable making offers. You need to slash 10 grand in asking price, before you will hear from people.
There is one with F200 with asking price $38.500 and half of your hours. I am making him offer 100%.

Today's market is all about offers. Sellers are still setting their asking prices normally, but many (me included) are realizing their rigs just aren't selling at those prices. Seller's are reluctant to drop asking prices because they are protecting their investments.

With that in mind, buyers have a better chance of having a seller accept a low offer, than waiting for the seller to drop the asking prices. Just my $.02.
