I can't locate any used 18' parkers for sale, I trying to attach a value to mine.

I have a 18' 2006, 115 4 stroke yamaha, everything like new with trailer.

Any comments on the resale value of this boat ?

Considering there doesn't seem to be many for sale I would think the old supply and demand would help raise the price .

thx

Jeff

Thanks, gives me a ballpark resale price, the similar 2008 is over 20k.

I'm new to this Parker group, would your experience say my 2006 might be worth 16-17k ?

16-17k is high for this market... Cash is KING.

ok, if 16k is high for this market what's your gut telling u it's worth ?

thx

I suppose I should have said it depends on the condition first. I picked up my 21SE last August for a great price (I had cash and was willing to wait long enough and drive a little distance). The boat is spotless and has all but no hours. The gentleman I bought her from was in a tough spot and had to sell...As to why I said cash is king.
Like many of the other folks on this site, would typically recommend a survey...however, if you are knowledgeable enough, and can review the major components of the vessal, you obviously can get by without it. So, to give you my 2 cents (probably not even worth that)... I would start out as low as possible (without causing the seller to laugh in your face)... show up with cash, and see who laughs on the way home.

I would guess if she is in good condition, $14k would be a starting point. Again, my 2 cents may or may not be most's cup of tea

Best of luck Sir.
