Beautiful Parker! Maybe we'll get to see it in person sometime now that it's in North Carolina.
[Fair Warning, to the new owner: I have a habit of video-taping, and Youtube-posting the Parkers I see 'in person']...
I'd be interested in knowing more details about the onerous terms in the new contract with your ex-marina. We don't keep our boat at a marina right now, but did for many year from the 1970's - 1990's.

I could enumerate some specific clauses in this new contract, but suffice it to say that this was
only the final straw that broke the camel's back. I have a lot of reasons and most are personal.
Before I cancel or close out my account I would like to say that you are overall a good bunch!
It's commendable that those of you with the knowledge and tools are willing to show the less experienced
