2320 DV real world draft

Looking into a new 2320 with the deep V, specs say hill draft is 15” but wondering what real world draft is with motor down, still wanting to be able to fish inshore and shallow as I can

You need about three feet of water or slightly less, maybe 30 inches, with the motor down. In water that shallow you will be underway at idle speed only and you have no room to clear any objects that stick up, like rocks.
