2320 open back with notched transom

Does anyone have an opinion on this boat it has a 225 ox66 on the back looks like a nice boat. I was curios about the notch it looks like it's cut low anyone have a problem with it? I assume it should be the same height as the 2120

Motor either lasts a long time or too difficult to run correctly

I don't have any pictures yet but I should be taking a ride to go check it out in person within the next week.

I don't know how well it drains if a decent size wave hits the aft or how much water enters the bilge.
