2320 or2520?

I have 27' cat boat downsizing to 23 or 25xl. cat is xcelent Lake Erie boat getting older just want to downsize maint upkeep main reason. Will put 250 4strk on either boat 25 is 1' wider 2' longer is this a big diff? any xtras or opts to consider? all help/answers welcome thanks :roll:

Love my 2320;F250 pushes it nicely. Same length of cockpit/fishing area as 2520 but 1' narrower(the 2' longer is in the cabin which I didn't need). Seems lots easier to tow than my friends 2520 so it depends what you want. Either one's a great boat. Good luck :wink:

I went through the same decision making about 6 years ago and went larger. It was the right decision. Get a 25', but I recommend you find a deep vee.

25 is 1' wider 2' longer is this a big diff? any xtras or opts to consider?

The extra 12" of beam in the 25 is quite noticable, but I would recommend that you actually stand in both cockpits to decide which is better for you.
If you fish, I would recommend combing pads. They will save your knees!
