Does anyone know what size bulb goes into the bow nav light (23 SE). Mine keeps burning out quickly and I'm thinking I might have the wrong wattage and/or amps. Thanks for the help

Depending on the year (and the supplier), most navigation lights use 'festoon' bulbs that can be found anywhere from 5 to 15 watts.

If your boat is eating bulbs, is it possible that water is getting inside the housing?

Many of us have replaced the old incandescent fixtures with sealed LED units.
No more bulbs to replace.

Thanks for the help. I've been using the bulbs pictures, but they aren't lasting. Probably water like you said, maybe it's time for LCD lights.
