2501 Bait/Fillet Table

Just purchased a new to me 2501 does anyone have any ideas for a bait/fillet table location. Thinking about doing it via aluminum piping above the stern fish box. Possibly a seersucker mount to lid of stern fish box. I would just use the gunwale rod holder but i hate taking up a rod holder just for the bait table.

Midship rod holder works fairly well, mine tilts slightly overboard, helps keep clean. Same 2501. Not ideal, not good for larger fillets. Transom Mount , tough?
