Many hours spent trying to decide which one to buy. Decided on the 2510XLDV with twin 200. WOW what a boat. So far from my Proline23'.
Couldn't be happier with this boat. Have only had it for a month but have had 4 great trips to date. Thank's to all of you guys for all of your help. I think I spoke to Brad V who was very helpful. The boat came with 150 but upgraded to 200 well worth it. I can't believe how little fuel this boat will actually use. Hope to post Pics of the trips soon. Thank's again.

Glad to hear you are happy with the boat. I see you decided to go with the 200's instead of the 150's. I am glad I was able to help answer some of your questions.

Brad

PS - Don't forget to post some pictures.

You cant go wrong with either motor. You get a little more power in the lower RPMs with the 200s. Show some pics for sure. Youll start customizing the boat once you have it for a little and play on it enough.

I definitely need to do some customization. Let's start with extra rod holders and Tackle storage? Ant ideas Built ins in the Cabin?

Welcome to ClassicParker and the ParkerNation and your on-line Parker Owner's Manual.

I'm partial to the 2510. Mine is an MV (14 deg deadrise), while the XL is deeper (16 deg). What kind of top speed do you get out of her on a calm day?

I have the 2007 2510XLD and am very happy with it. I'm still trying to figure out how to add rod and tackle storage.

Minor point, but the deadrise on a new 2510 XLD is 21 degrees.

Good luck with the new boat.

Porkchunker, I have had it up to 53 MPH with a full tank of fuel. I am so glad that I went for the 200. Plus I think that this boat uses less fuel than my single 225 2 stroke on a 23 proline. You cant compare the ride. I am so happy I cant explain. I need to figure out some Tackle storage over the winter. Hope to chat again. Going out in the morning Friday For my last hit at the bass. Thanks to all

Michael
