5.7 EFI I O BRAVO 3

I Have 2002 parker 2510 with i o i want to replace the antifreeze in the closed system draining the block i dont have blue plugs at the bottom of the block.I do have knock sensor on one side and drain on the fuel cooler are these my drains for my antifreeze.Any help would be great thank you
