Looking at getting a used 2120, if I'm 6'1 how much of a problem will I have in the pilothouse?.

None.
Linwood Parker is taller than you, and his boats were made to fit him.

Correct im just about 6'3 and fit in my father inlaws 2120, if I stand straight up and down i just nick the top of the house.

Well the numbers keep going up !
I'm 6' 6" and no problems 8)

Ok I'll be the honest guy. I'm 6' and my son is 6'6". Inside the pilot house no issues. Everyone needs to duck going in or out. In the summer I put a pool noodle over the sharp edge on the door frame as a "reminder". I'm also bald so I have a neat scar to remind others to duck.

This is probably the only place I have not hit my head on this boat. :D

I'm right at 6'0" and standing in the PH I have 2+" or sitting at the helm I have 3+" inches to spare. You do need to remember to duck your head coming in and out of the PH door. I'm considering putting some type of foam cushion over the fiberglass edge that you can hit your head on though. I love the PH. I've been on the water since March and being able to run while in the PH out of the cold air off the water at speed is awesome.

Tube pipe insulation works best for putting on the top of the door frame. Slit it down the middle and slide it over the top of the door frame.
