94 23ft CC

Hey everybody. I've been eyeballing a 94 23 CC on CL. I can't tell from looking at the pic whether its an SE or DV. The owner says it is not a DV. Was parker making the SE in 94 or was it a different modified Vee? Any ideas what this is?

I thought the number of lifting strakes will determine the type

Also, the other hulls can be identified by the lifting strakes on the hull. Not sure if that is so on the 21CC, but it is worth noting.
A single lifting strake and a 'v' keel at the transom = modified vee
Double lifting strakes and a flat keel at the transom = deep vee

Here is the best pic of the bow. So, I'm guessing its a modified vee unless theres another strkae hiding in the bottom paint? Thanks for your help.
