'94 parker cc question

Hey everybody. I've been eyeballing a 94 23 CC on CL. I can't tell from looking at the pic whether its an SE or DV. The owner says it is not a DV. Was parker making the SE in 94 or was it a different modified Vee? Any ideas what this is?

Not a Deep Vee.

That is not a DV...The modified V was later renamed SE and has 14 degrees of deadrise. Not sure what year the SE was added.
