1997 Parker 2520 Deep See Sport Cabin
Powered by a Volvo AD41P-A Diesel with Duo prop outdrive.
I am the second owner and have spared no expense in maintaining and improving this boat since 2005. I realize I will never come close to recovering the money spent but my loss is your gain. This is a somewhat rare model. I believe they stopped producing the stern drive models around 2000. Parkers are not known for a luxurious ride but the stern drive diesel with all the motor weight low and forward of the transom makes it arguably the best riding 25’ Parker ever.
It will cruise at around 18kts and top out around 22kts. Fuel economy is 2.78 to 3 mpg. The 173 gallon fuel tank was replaced in April ’23. At approx 1600 hrs, the engine was rebuilt by Volvo Guru Grant Hellinger of Sea and Ski marine. It currently has 443 hours since rebuild.
The 2011 Pacific trailer has been serviced by West Coast Trailers. It has some rusty areas but structurally sound. The boat has escorted numerous paddle board and outrigger races. I have a removable aluminum rack system able to transport paddle boards and outrigger boats that is included along with a custom shade setup. The boat will also include LOTS of spare parts, maintenance supplies, all documentation, instruction manuals and receipts.
