See this post here: http://www.classicparker.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=11035, as I used the info from Robt Cibran and Sully for inspiration. I chose the 2-tone sand color over the top of the black base, ala Sully.

Notes:
Length - Due to their length limitations, they couldn't make 1-piece long enough to over the entire 11' length of the cockpit, so I chose to go with 2-pieces. I think it worked out well.

Installation - Besides the thorough cleaning, I used a few things to help with my install since I was doing it alone. I used quarters set on the aluminum trim to help establish the height line - and it worked out slick!

I also used a large piece of duct tape to hold it tight while I was working on one end but note that I put a 2nd piece of tape against the adhesive in the area where the tape would bear on the SeaDek itself. That was just enough to hold it in place.

Then I lifted one end and carefully peeled the backer off to expose the adhesive, while holding the piece where I wanted it. I worked in 8" to 1' sections and it went on great. Damn adhesive is strong, so be sure to have it positioned well before peeling the backer.

You can also see I re-did the tuna tower seat with SeaDek over upholstery. I'll be the 1st one to admit that good upholstery is significantly softer, but this works ...

Looks great!!

Love mine !

Wanted to meet up this summer :(
Was a busy work year not crying about it but was thinking "need to call Dale" lol
Maybe see you yet but slippin fast away now
Ill buy the beer at the boat show !
If not this year next for sure will get some time out there

I did my Jump seats in the sedeck for when diving and climbing over the transom for traction
Not as Cushy as you said but works great for what I need and is better then the hard Jump seat

Miss Teak looks great!

So how do these hold up to fish blood, bait, scrubbing, sun, etc??

Do they retain dirt? do they clean well?

I know their website says they do but looking for real world experience.

Mine clean up good with water wash down
I have used dish washing soap once and a soft scrub brush for some tree sap
Fish blood washed of with water but I didn't let it stand there too long
I bought them myself for the fact they dont crush down like cushions do
Also the traction aspect of the sedeck

Your knees will thank you.
I have fished on boats without coming pads, and it makes me appreciate mine that much more.

Dale,

Those coaming pads look really sharp, I like the two tone version you did.

They clean up very easy and will last a long time.
