The anchor locker on my 23CC is only wide enough to hold an anchor that is just one size too small. The large T-top is like a sail add some wind, blows her off hold easy. I am stuck on anchore size due to locker size. Any advice would be helpful. I have about 15' of chain, and thinking more chain is the solution?

I purchased a #13 and cut 1.25" of each end of the bar and it fits well into the locker. The added shaft length and weight and larger flukes did the trick with the modified #13. It seems even with chain the shaft on a #8 would lift, thus causes a lose hold.

note on SS chain........cool stuff.......anywhere but in a windlass gypsy. properly spaced galvanized only for a windlass.
