anchor well latch

I am the proud new owner of a used 2000 Parker 21 SE. The latch mechanism for the anchor well/hatch (on the top deck style) door is missing. Anyone know where I can order a replacement that will fit, other than a Parker dealer? The standard sizes available at my local marine stores are too large for the hole by about 1/16th to 1/8th inch diameter.
