anyone know if suzuki and yamaha have same mounting bolt ?

Couldnt fit it the rest of the question ,Im repowering my 1999 1801,it had a 1999 Yamaha C115,switching to a 2003 Suzuki DF 140,will I need to fill the old holes and drill new ones or do they have the same bolt pattern? I dont have the motor yet to compare, just trying to get ahead on the project.

I thought they were standard size (BIA) for most OBs above 40 or 50 hp
