Attaching Photos

I am can't attach photos to a PM. Can someone give the sequence of steps to do this. I have sized the photo the 800 X 600 pixels.
I will appreciate the help.

I assume the procedure will be the same for attaching photos to posts. If it isn't please include those steps.

See here ... http://www.classicparker.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=27 ... make sure to hit the ADD ATTACHMENT block after you load it from your PC (after hitting BROWSE to find and then load it)
