Best way to cut 2nd station

Ok we ordered a bulkhead mount second station from Parker. I'm sure it won't come cut for controls so what the best/proper way to cut it for controls?

Rotozip or drill and jigsaw.

Have used all and prefer a jigsaw with laminate blade where the teeth cut on the DOWN stroke, as it doesn't chip out the top surface. Still tape area off well w/ blue tape .

This part is key!

Lay out your controls with multiple layers of blue painters tape, and mark your cut lines on that tape.
If you drill and cut, go slow and you should be fine.
