Black starboard locally?

I goofed cutting my leftover starboard for my new switch panel. Unfortunately that was my last peice of 1/4" black. I looked on west marines site to see if they stocked it and they seem to carry every size and color combo except quarter inch black.

Anyone know where I can pick a small peice up in the n va/dc metro area? I need something 7" x 13" to overlay the existing hole in the helm.

Any ideas?
